A bit about ME

I always loved sport growing up, and as I grew up my love of training and competing intensified, as did my tendency to relentlessly research anything to do with sport. I then began to start taking up coaching roles, hosting lectures, and leading fitness classes. 
No matter what your reason for working out is…whether it is to look and feel better, get back into sport, or to become fitter than you have ever been before, I'm here to help. 
Sport, health, and fitness are for everyone, and if like me, you strive to be better, I can help you make your goals a reality.

All personal trainer related training mentioned above was completed with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am also a member of the Institute of Personal Trainers. I am continuously looking to learn more and become an even better personal trainer everyday.
