I get it. Finding time to get to the gym is not always easy. Add in kids, a hectic work schedule, and a long commute. It can feel impossible.
But you can do this routine at home with minimal equipment, and really gives you no excuse not to train.
You’re results might not be as fast as if you trained at the gym, but if you do this consistently for long enough, and push yourself during each short workout, you will see results.
